Ability 1st

Ability 1st is a registered charity which aims to provide or assist with the provision of leisure time opportunities for people with learning disabilities, their families and their carers.

We achieve our aims by,

Operating a Friday Club which meets most Friday evenings throughout the year at the Havelock Day Centre between 6.30pm - 9pm.

Operating a Boccia Club which meets at the Headland Sports Centre on the Second Wednesday of the month from 7pm - 8pm

Operating the Royal Mencap Gateway Award Programmes from the Havelock Day Centre on most Saturday mornings throughout the year from 10am - 1pm
